Any motor vehicle being operated with the purpose of street racing can be found Criminally Negligent and can be prosecuted by Summary conviction or Indictment. Yet if any bodily harm or death is caused to another, an indictable offence arises.
This is a very serious charge and carries a penalty of significant jail time and an automatic driving prohibition that ranges from 1 year to life.
